Gatherings & Events

Spiral Monthly Women’s Circles

A multi-generational gathering for women of all ages and stages of life.

Inspired by the wheel of the year, weaving together embodied movement, breath, sound and stillness into a nourishing web of connection and belonging. A space where women of all stages of life circle to remember ourselves and the deep medicine of simply being together. We tend the cyclical thresholds of our natural world that mirror the mysteries of a woman’s wheel of life. All facets of your being are welcome and needed as we come together in the practice of circling.

Bloom

Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 4:00-5:30pm

As the wheel of the year turns, we feel the ripening. It is all around us, and springing forth from within. What is blooming in your soul garden? How do we lean into receptivity and nourishment which allows our petals to unfurl? This month we will sit with the medicine of flowers as we tend the spaces within us ripe for the bloom. We will dance and breathe and create and drink tea as we sit in circle - blossoming in belonging - to ourselves and each other.

Held at Breathe Yoga Salt in Livonia, Michigan.

Connect

Sunday, June 30, 2024 from 4:00-5:30pm

June is a time of connection and play. When we anchor into connection with our womb, we can connect with ourselves and our beloveds in a way that truly nourishes our fullest bloom.

We will orient to the cycles of the womb and the map it offers for living in alignment with Life. Exploring the phases of the moon cycle allows us to harness the power of the womb to guide your life and relationships. This circle will include a guided meditation connecting womb and heart, process art and sharing circle.

Held at Breathe Yoga Salt in Livonia, Michigan.
